Motorola sells stake in Symbian to Nokia, Psion

Motorola Inc., which helped found Symbian Ltd. five years ago to develop software for mobile phones, is selling its stake in the venture to partners Nokia Oyj and Psion Plc to focus on other cell-phone programs.
